Tri-City Rush Signs Former WSU Cougar Marcellus Pippins

Pasco, WA - The Tri-City Rush Professional Indoor Football Organization announced Monday 1/18/21 that it signed former Washington State University Marcellus Pippins to their training camp roster.

“Pippins is one of the most underrated corners to come out of the Pac-12. Physically he is ready to take down any ball carrier that comes near him. A great tackler with a nose for the ball. We are excited to bring him into camp so he can show the world how skilled he is.” - Rush General Manager Matthew Cooley

Pippins was a four-year letter winner playing in 42 games over his four years at WSU and starting in 31 of them. Pippins recorded 104 tackles (6.5 for loss), one sack, five picks, 14 pass breakups, two forced fumbles and three recoveries.
